There are many reasons for that problems here are some:
- If the crossword file content is shown by the browser then the website is not configured correctly. The MIME-Type is wrong.
- The browser opens the Crosswords app. Only the built-in browser is tested if you have alternative browsers for Android then it could be that the crossword cannot be open correctly.
- The crossword file is corrupt, is not valid or Crosswords cannot read it correctly. Please send us a copy of the file or the link to the file, we have to analyze it.
